At IMMOTUS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

To withdraw, use the "Cancel an order" link at the bottom of every page, or email support@immotus-clothing.com with your order number. You can also use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to.

You may inspect and try on your item as you would in a physical store. We recommend keeping the original packaging and product tags whenever possible.

You are responsible for any reduction in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and fit.

Returns should be sent to the designated courier office specified by IMMOTUS. The exact courier office, recipient details, and return instructions will be provided upon receiving your return request.

You must dispatch the item within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

We recommend contacting us before shipping your return to ensure the parcel is directed to the correct courier office. However, your statutory right of withdrawal does not depend on our prior approval.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

If the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect, IMMOTUS will cover the necessary return shipping costs in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If you refuse a cash on delivery parcel at the door after testing and inspecting it, you owe nothing and we pay for sending it back.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@immotus-clothing.com, preferably with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this return policy.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized items, where the applicable legal conditions are met.

Standard IMMOTUS clothing products are covered by the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged through handling beyond what is necessary for inspection may be subject to a deduction reflecting their diminished value, as permitted by law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, please return your original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, IMMOTUS will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods, including the original standard delivery costs where legally required.

Additional charges resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option are not refundable.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed. No additional fees will be charged for receiving the refund.

For cash on delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us.

Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

European Union Consumer Rights

This policy is governed by applicable Bulgarian consumer protection legislation and relevant European Union consumer protection rules.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
