Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "IMMOTUS", "we", "us", and "our" refer to KRACHUNOV EOOD.
By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to your mandatory statutory rights.
IMMOTUS operates exclusively within the Republic of Bulgaria. We currently accept orders for delivery only within Bulgarian territory.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate our website and process transactions.
These Terms are governed by applicable Bulgarian legislation, including the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, and other relevant legislation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 2 - ACCESS AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers may browse our website without creating an account, unless registration is required for a particular service.
When placing an order or registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

IMMOTUS offers clothing, fashion products, and related accessories through its online store.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Such differences do not affect your statutory rights where a product does not conform to the sales contract.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

After submitting an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgment.
The purchase contract is concluded when IMMOTUS confirms acceptance of the order.
An automatic acknowledgment of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance unless expressly indicated.

All prices displayed on our website are in euros (EUR).
Product prices include applicable VAT and mandatory taxes.
Any additional delivery charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
The final amount payable will be presented during checkout.
We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time. Such changes do not affect previously concluded sales contracts.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include online card payments, cash on delivery, or other supported payment methods.
Payment transactions are processed through Shopify and authorized payment service providers, where applicable.
IMMOTUS does not independently store complete payment card details.
We reserve the right to reject transactions where payment authorization fails or where there are reasonable indications of fraud.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
IMMOTUS delivers exclusively within the Republic of Bulgaria.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders are delivered through courier companies operating within Bulgaria.
Available delivery options, shipping costs, and estimated delivery periods are displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the timeframes communicated on our website.
Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the sales contract is concluded.
If delivery is delayed, customers may exercise their applicable statutory rights.
The risk of loss or damage generally remains with IMMOTUS until the customer or a designated third party, other than the carrier, receives the products.
An exception may apply where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by IMMOTUS.

SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Under Bulgarian consumer protection legislation, consumers purchasing products online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins when the customer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify IMMOTUS before the withdrawal period expires.

Following notification, customers must dispatch the products for return within 14 calendar days.
The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer when exercising the ordinary right of withdrawal, provided the customer has been properly informed of this obligation.
Customers may inspect and try on products as they would in a physical store.
If products have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, the customer may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.
We will reimburse payments as required by applicable law, including standard outbound delivery charges where legally applicable.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of the withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or the customer provides evidence of their return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Certain products, including clearly personalized goods, may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right where the applicable legal conditions are met.

SECTION 8 - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND LEGAL CONFORMITY RIGHTS
All products sold by IMMOTUS are subject to mandatory consumer protection rules regarding conformity of goods.
Under applicable Bulgarian legislation, the seller is generally responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years following delivery.
Where a product does not conform to the sales contract, the customer may exercise the remedies provided by law.

Product availability is subject to remaining stock.
We do not guarantee that sold-out or discontinued products will become available again.
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products, or usage limitations.
Discount conditions will be communicated when applicable.
When advertising a price reduction, IMMOTUS will comply with Bulgarian legal requirements regarding previous prices and promotional pricing.
Where applicable, the previous price will be determined based on the lowest price applied during the legally required reference period.
Promotional prices do not retrospectively modify previously concluded purchase contracts.

The IMMOTUS brand, original designs, logos, website content, product photography, text, graphics, videos, and related creative materials belong to KRACHUNOV EOOD or the relevant intellectual property rights holders.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the technical infrastructure for product listings, checkout, payments, and other e-commerce operations.
Sales of IMMOTUS products are concluded directly between customers and KRACHUNOV EOOD.
Shopify is not the seller of IMMOTUS products.
